PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using this web site, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service, which Gooruze may change at any time.

SUMMARY HOUSE RULES

1. Respect others. If you see disrespectful behavior, report it, rather than further inflaming the situation.
2. Add Value. Before you write, rank, tag or comment, ask yourself if your contribution increases the strength and virtue of the community.
3. No copycats. Make sure your content is your own and if you have used other content you must link back to the original source and email the site you have copied from for permission which usually you get within 48 hours.
4. No self promotion. Gooruze is for collaborative advice and experience, not self-promotion. Posting full articles which also appear on your blog is acceptable but purely seeding your own links is not.
5. Accurate. Keep your titles accurate and free of sensationalistic language, the community will appreciate it.
6. Post in English. Although full internationalization is important to Gooruze, please keep all posts and comments in English until the website is launched in other languages.
7. Be tidy. Keep Gooruze tidy by tagging for accuracy rather than for readership, editing titles to be compact and descriptive, and referencing your contribution to the original source in a respectful and legal manner where applicable.

Gooruze has the right to remove members from the community who don’t share our house rules.

1 Description of Service

Gooruze is a free, online, user driven online marketing community where users may submit content, share articles, comment and promote their favorites to the front page. You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. Gooruze disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Service. Gooruze also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

2 General

This site (the "Site") is owned and operated by Gooruze.com Pty Ltd. ("Gooruze") for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication. Your use of this Site, and all information, products and services on this Site (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the binding legal terms set forth below ("Terms"). 5 Usage of Web Space Storage

Gooruze provides members with free web space for their online marketing articles. Free Web Space, as defined by Gooruze, is comprised of hypertext mark-up language (html) and associated files, intended solely for the visual presentation of ONLINE MARKETING RELATED CONTENT on the members' advice pages. The spirit of free web space is specifically not intended as a storage facility for members' personal digital files. Using it as such is a violation of this Terms of Service Agreement. Also please note that pictures are only saved for the purposes of display on Gooruze not for storage or other purposes. Members cannot assume that Gooruze will preserve the quality or resolution of any picture uploaded to Gooruze.

6 Conduct of Members and Visitors

We believe that all members and visitors benefit from basic rules regarding conduct while using the Services. Accordingly, we ask you-and you agree-to follow the following basic rules of conduct when using the Site:

• You will follow these Terms and all applicable laws;
• You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other people when using the Site in any manner;
• You will not post or otherwise make available any Member Content that is obscene or may be hateful or offensive on racial, ethnic, sexual, or any other grounds; is harmful, vulgar, or distasteful; or is defamatory, libelous, or invades another person's privacy or proprietary rights;

• You will not post any Member Content that contains any viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, or other computer software or program designed to interrupt the Services we provide, users' ability to enjoy the Services, or the proper functioning of any software, hardware, or equipment or materials used in connection with the Services;
• You will not send any bulk unsolicited advertising, promotional information, email or other solicitation (including without limitation junk mail, "spam," chain letters or pyramid schemes of any sort) to any person through the use of the Services;
• You will not post or otherwise make available any Member Content you do not have the lawful right to post or to make available; and
